How do I get to the venue?Via tram The 70 tram gets the closest to Corner Hotel and Stop 9 - Lennox St/Swan St (Richmond) is the closest tram stop to the Corner Hotel and is approximately a 2 minute walk. Via train These Train lines stop near Corner Hotel: ALAMEIN, BELGRAVE, CRANBOURNE, FRANKSTON, GLEN WAVERLEY, LILYDALE, PAKENHAM, SANDRINGHAM The Richmond train station is the closest train station and is approximately a 5 minute walk. Via bus These Bus lines stop near Corner Hotel: 246, 605. The Richmond Railway Station (Richmond) bus stop is the nearest to the Corner Hotel in Richmond. Via rideshare There is an Uber hotspot set up on Steward St, please don’t hesitate to ask The Corner staff if you are unsure of where to go. Via taxi There is a 13CABS call button located at the front door. The Corner Hotel address is 57 Swan St. Richmond and local taxi companies are: Silver Top – ph 131008 Arrow – ph 132211 Combined – ph 132227 Via personal car The Corner Hotel car park at the rear of the venue is currently out of use until further notice. There is street parking in the surrounding streets, but please pay attention to parking restriction signs. The Melways reference for the Corner is Map2G /H9.

3. Will there be a sensory zone?A sensory zone will be available at Groove Tunes. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you can access our sensory zone where we will have items like noise cancelling headphones and fidget toys. Alternatively, you can ask one of our volunteers for help. Our volunteers will be wearing orange high vis vests.

4. Is the bar accessible?For the night of Groove Tunes a lowered bar will be installed in the venue.

5. Are there accessible and gender neutral toilets?Yes, the Corner Hotel has accessible and gender neutral bathrooms. Located on the first floor/rooftop level. Lift access is located at the VIP end of front bar/ground floor to the right of the accessible entry. Groove Tunes volunteers can help direct you to the toilets.

6. Is the venue accessible to wheelchair users?Yes. The accessible entrance is located on Botherambo St.

7. Can my Guide Dog/Support animal attend the event?Yes. Guide/support animals are welcome to Groove Tunes. Spending areas can be found outside and around the venue. Groove Tunes will have a team of volunteers readily available to assist you if needed.

8. Will there be Auslan Interpreters?Yes! Auslan interpreters will be present to sign for all acts. Lyric videos will also be supplied

9. Is this an 18+ event?Yes, as The Corner Hotel is an 18+ venue, you will need to carry ID on you.

10. Can I volunteer for Groove Tunes?Yes, Groove Tunes is currently accepting Volunteers. To apply for this role click here.

11. Can I bring in outside food and drink?Unfortunately no you will not be able to bring in any outside food or drinks, however there is plenty on offer to purchase at the event.

12. Can I buy merchandise at the event?Yes, we will have artist and Groove Tunes merch available on the night. Payment by card only.

13. Are companion cards accepted?Yes, we accept companion cards. To purchase companion ticket, follow these steps. Step One: Purchase ticket to event Step Two: Email groovetunes@outlook.com.au with your order number, your companions full name and attach a clear image of the companion card. Please bring this companion card to the night of the event. Step Three: We will be in touch to confirm your complimentary ticket

14. Will there be seats for me to use?Yes, we will have chairs available across the venue.

15. What covid safe measures are in place at Groove Tunes?Hand sanitiser and face masks will be available throughout the venue
